  • You assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being while using our equipment.
  • Fitness equipment carries inherent risks of physical injury.
  • It is your responsibility to use all equipment properly, follow safety guidelines, and consult with a healthcare or fitness professional before beginning any new fitness routine.

Symbiotic Strength is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur from improper use, modification, or installation of any product. Please use all gear responsibly.


💰 Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • We work hard to keep prices fair, but factors like material costs and supply chain changes may affect pricing.
  • We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after your purchase has been made.

Issues With Your Order

At Symbiotic Strength, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.


💬 Start with an Email

If you received a damaged item, the wrong product, or have any other issue with your order, please email us at support@symbioticstrength.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it quickly. We genuinely care about your experience and will always do our best to make it right.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because we’re a small operation and many of our products are made in limited runs or built-to-order, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

We do not currently offer returns for:

  • Items used or installed
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed
  • Custom-made or clearance items

That said, your satisfaction matters — so if there’s a problem, reach out and let’s talk about it.


📦 Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error. We’ll provide return instructions at that time.
