Hey there! I'm Kevin — founder of Symbiotic Strength. 

Like many of you, I was on a mission: to stay fit, save time, and work out from the comfort of home. I started building my home gym in 2022. But there was one big challenge… I still had to park two cars in that same garage! With limited space and an even tighter budget, I had to get scrappy, creative, and intentional with every decision I made.

What started as a few DIY projects quickly turned into a desire to share with the home gym community. I began designing products that made other equipment better — attachments, add-ons, and upgrades that didn’t just work, but worked together. That’s where the name Symbiotic Strength comes from. My products are all about versatility, efficiency, and enhancing what you already have, helping you build a smarter, stronger home gym without wasting space or money.

But it didn’t stop with equipment. I wanted fitness to feel good in every sense — so I launched a line of comfortable, durable fitness apparel made for real workouts, real bodies, and real life.
